Hiring a Private Investigator may initially seem overwhelming. You may even feel like you are the only one that has ever needed to hire a private detective. Please, do not worry! With over 25 years of experience in private investigations, law enforcement, and the military, I have handled hundreds of cases. In many cases, our clients have never called a Private Investigator before. Below is what generally happens when you call Nebula Investigations.
When you first call Nebula Investigations, you will be directly connected with DJ Cook, the owner and lead investigator. Once on the phone you will be asked to explain your situation. There is absolutely no reason to be shy or withhold any information. In other words, there is nothing to be embarrassed by. We genuinely care about your situation and we want to help you come up with a solution.

Analyze and Action
DJ will then ask you various questions about your situation in an attempt to gain a deeper understanding of what is going on. Once the situation has been analyzed, the investigator will develop a plan of action with you to begin the investigation. It is our desire that your investigative case be successful, so we will work with you to develop a potentially effective plan. At Nebula Investigations, we believe in our Mission Statement: to search the evidence, obtain the answers and discover the truth with determination and compassion. Conversely, if we cannot help you, we will be honest and let you know. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any case or investigation for any reason. We value your time and money and believe that it is better to be upfront with a client instead of giving them false hope.

Pricing and Agreement
Once it is determined that an investigative service is right for you, a price for services will be agreed upon by both parties, and an invoice will be sent to you (by email).
